The real reason I go camping

Ah, a weekend getting back to nature: camping, hiking and exploring the ruins of the ancient Puebloan villages in Chaco Culture National Historical Park. One lesson I learned: the next time we pack up food for a camping trip, I will read the boxes of all food items. This will hopefully stave off that disappointing moment when I get out the Hershey’s bars, the marshmallows and the blue and yellow box of Honey Maid Graham Crackers for s’mores and discover that I have not brought Graham Crackers. No, in fact I have brought a blue and yellow box of Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs. Perfect for making cheesecake crust, not so perfect for s’mores.
